Olivia and her co-founder Gretta Dotzert ran events that featured stories shared from several community members, including the voices behind the project. Since 2019, Liv has spoken about the changes that activism has made in her life.

Liv supports jack.org, Canadian youth mental health organization, as a talks speaker, frequently connecting with youth and parents about mental health education and how to be there for yourself and others. In 2023, she accepted a position in the Senior Speaker program, enhancing her training and variety of opportunities.

Liv works with the Canadian organization, Unsinkable, founded by mental health advocate and former Olympian Silken Laumann, as a Community Champion offering workshops and mental health storytelling to their audiences.

In support of the organization, Unsinkable, Liv offered a mental health workshop detailing her journey with mental health, beginning Bridges of Hope, and how she learned to take care of herself moving out other teenage years using concrete frameworks.

Liv visited students from Bluevale Collegiate Institute at Camp Ki-Wa-Y for Canadian Student Leadership Association’s Student Leadership Program, in April, 2024. At this workshop, which was critical for youth to advance their progress in the certificate program, was focused on exploring self-care frameworks to prirotize a balanced lifestyle.

Liv was a keynote speaker at Cultural Studies and Critical Theory Conference at McMaster University in March, 2024. Her keynote was titled, “Questions for Self-Compassion in the World of Academia.”

Liv went live on instagram with OPHEA to support Jack.org, discussing the importance of social-emotional learning tools being made available in schools. Tools featured included Jack.org’s Educator Hub platform and their Chapters program.

In February of 2024, Liv spoke to a virtual audience of youth from the United States about Bridges of Hope Project and how digital campaign have been a tool for her work.

In the fall of 2023, Liv led a workshop on compassionate leadership and advocacy with youth attending OSLC 45 in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

Liv facilitated a Masterclass for CSLA’s Student Leadership Certificate Program on mental health support and self-care.

In 2023, Liv joined youth from all around the world to lead a workshop on vulnerable leadership in London, ON.

Liv shared her experiences with struggling with mental illnesses while attending high school and finding balance during those challenging years.

Liv offered insight to other university students interested in entrepreneurship about Bridges of Hope and the effort that took place to make it happen.

Liv shared her experience with overcoming obstacles in personal relationships and while pursuing goals as a young teen.

Liv spoke about her journey as a student pursuing a social activism project with other young volunteers with I Can Help.

Liv and her co-founder at Bridges of Hope spoke to guests at their annual Mental Health Awareness breakfast about their experiences with mental health in high school.

Liv was one of six women from Waterloo Region to share stories of learning integrity as a young woman of her age and generation.

Liv was the keynote speaker at Cameron Heights' Mental Health Awareness Assembly in 2019.

Liv spoke to youth from the Waterloo-Wellington area about lessons she learned from high school, specifically regarding social media pressure.

Liv held the youth and community ambassador position at The Umbrella Project and frequently spoke to youth audiences about her journey with mental health. She has visited Resurrection C.D.S.S., St. Isidore Virtual Learning School, St. Aloysius Catholic School and more.

Liv was a participant in the Centre for Peace Advancement's Peace Innovator's Scholarship and Mentoring Program in 2018/19. She returned to speak to current participants about her time in the program.
